Shipping policy

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Orders over CAD $65 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below CAD $65 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of CAD $6.99.

Non-personalized orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For personalized or engraved orders, please allow up to 7 business days before shipment, as each custom piece is prepared with care.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear on 17TRACK.

Please review your engraving message carefully before placing your order. Because personalized items are created just for you, changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please email support@suppaw.ca and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement or full refund.
