For a limited time, we’re offering free shipping on all orders. Under our standard shipping policy, orders over CAD $65 ship free, and orders below CAD $65 are charged CAD $3.99.

Non-personalized orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For personalized or engraved orders, please allow up to 7 business days before shipment, as each custom piece is prepared with care.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear on 17TRACK.

Please review your engraving message carefully before placing your order. Because personalized items are created just for you, changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please email support@suppaw.ca and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement or full refund.

Return&Refund

Because personalized and engraved pieces are made especially for you, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For non-personalized items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@suppaw.ca with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
