We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Orders over CAD $65 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below CAD $65 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of CAD $6.99.

Non-personalized orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For personalized or engraved orders, please allow up to 7 business days before shipment, as each custom piece is prepared with care.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear on 17TRACK.

Please review your engraving message carefully before placing your order. Because personalized items are created just for you, changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please email support@suppaw.ca and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement or full refund.

Because personalized and engraved pieces are made especially for you, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For non-personalized items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@suppaw.ca with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How many photos does the SWM Frame hold?

The rotating inner frame holds two landscape photos, with one photo displayed on each side. Gently turn the inner frame whenever you would like to see the other memory.

What photo sizes do I need?

The required photo size depends on the frame you select:

• 6-Inch Frame: two 6 × 4 inch landscape photos
  
• 7-Inch Frame: two 7 × 5 inch landscape photos
  

For the best result, choose clear landscape photos with your pet positioned near the center.

Do I have to upload photos when ordering?

No. Photo upload is completely optional.

You can upload two landscape photos during checkout, and we will print them for your selected frame size. You may also skip the upload and add your own printed photos after the frame arrives.

Will you crop or adjust my uploaded photos?

We may make a small crop or positioning adjustment so each image fits the landscape frame properly. Keeping your pet near the center of the photo helps us preserve the most important details.

Please avoid screenshots, heavily blurred images, or photos where your pet is very close to the edge.

Can I use two different photos?

Yes. The frame is designed to hold two different memories—one on each side of the rotating inner frame.

Many customers choose a younger and older photo, two favorite expressions, or two moments that feel especially meaningful.

Is custom engraving included?

Yes. Custom engraving is included with every personalized SWM Frame.

You can add your pet’s name, a meaningful date, or a few simple words. Shorter engraving usually gives the cleanest and most balanced appearance.

Where do I enter the engraving?

Enter your engraving in the personalization box on the product page before adding the frame to your cart.

Please check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates carefully. Your engraving will be created exactly as submitted.

How do I turn on the light?

First, remove the white safety tab from the light.

Then gently hold the clear bulb and pinch and press it once to turn the light on. Press it again to turn it off.

The small built-in light is designed to create a soft glow rather than brightly light the entire room.

Does the light need to be plugged in?

No. The light is battery powered, so the frame can be displayed without a cord or nearby outlet.

Batteries are installed for first use. Replacement button batteries can be purchased separately when needed;

The light uses replaceable AG3 / LR41 1.5V button batteries. Batteries are included and installed for first use.

What can I place inside the rose keepsake vial?

The small keepsake vial can hold a tiny remembrance, such as a small amount of pet fur.

Only a very small amount is needed. Please make sure anything placed inside is completely dry before closing the vial.

Can the inner photo frame rotate?

Yes. Only the inner photo holder rotates while the outer frame remains in place.

Turn it gently by hand around its vertical center axis. Do not pull or force the inner frame.

Where can the SWM Frame be displayed?

The SWM Frame is designed for a bedside table, shelf, desk, dresser, or quiet memorial corner.

Keep it indoors and away from moisture, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight.
